The aims of the project:

- identification of forms and instruments of supporting enterprise by units of territorial council,

- evaluation of working effectiveness of council powers in the scope of enterprise development,

- qualification of support barriers of enterprise development by units of territorial council,

- formulating conclusions relating to problems and support of enterprise development by units of territorial council in the Świętokrzyskie province.
