Students come to university with a very diversified level of
language skills, they also learn at a different pace. Therefore,
individualization of teaching becomes the necessity. Teaching
languages brings effects if students have contact with different
lectors. After each stage of studies there should be change of a
lector. To assure teaching cohesion, lectors have to create together
a programme for all levels. To assign students to suitable groups,
students hand in declarations about the level of their language
skills before the beginning of an academic year. On first lessons
students take tests, which enable to verify the declared skills. On
next lessons students are divided into suitable groups.
