The whole activity of the college is directed towards meeting
expectations of students, society and potential employers. We
want to create conditions in which every student having with a
potential of his inborn abilities, in the process of education
organized and led by our college, will gain such a level of
knowledge, skills and competences which will enable him to
achieve success in life and at work.
Our graduate actively participates in development of the democratic
state which is a part of European and world community. He is able to
work effectively and learn during his whole life, he is competitive
not only on Polish labour market. Therefore, our college takes an
active part and supports all these undertakings and processes which
contribute to development of the Świętokrzyskie region, through
cooperation with units of territorial council of all levels as well
as these institutions which shape regional policy in the province.
As an academic community we continue and develop traditional values,
that is: respect and search for the truth, freedom of thought,
ethical principles in teaching and humanism with simultaneous regard
to the cultural heritage.
Assuring a high quality of education is one of the most important
aims of our activity which is realized through constant development
and improvement of the staff, joining the process of education with
undertaken research activity, cooperation with other scientific
centres in the country and abroad as well as economic units.
CETSS is a community of teachers, students and other employees of
the College.
The feeling of community enables to create superior principles and
aims with respect to individual believes, rights and ambitions of
all its members. Students whose personal and professional
development is put in our hands play a special role in our
community. The object of our special care is creating conditions for
development of a students’ environment, in this assuring
self-government of its working as well as creating conditions, which
make students identify and join their professional development with
development of the college.
Realizing the mission, with the full contribution of the whole
academic community, we cooperate with the province authorities, both
state and council, the city council and social-economic
organizations of the region.
