A graduate of this major will be, thanks to gained theoretical and practical knowledge, a specialist in the field of work organization in an enterprise and in the sphere of organizations management.

The ability of initiating optimum economic processes requires the knowledge of functions and aims of present enterprises activity, their internal and external conditioning, significance of applied innovations to produce competitive products as well as selection of suitable sources of funding production-services operations.

 Establishing this kind of knowledge is indispensable to find, on the UE global market, suitable forms and methods of leading economic activity and using such organizational-financial instruments, which would support development of this activity in the world of increasing competitiveness.

A graduate of this major will be not only prepared to run his own business, but also to undertake work  in economic units both in the country and abroad.

 A graduate after completing studies of I degree will acquire:

• knowledge in the scope of legal principles of enterprises organization having different

forms of ownership,

 • knowledge about applied economic strategies and organizational-economic processes in enterprises,

•skills in managing capitals, factual and personal supplies, information and knowledge,

 • ability to create different economic operations, in this mainly financial, aiming at optimizing property and capital structures,

 • skills in using marketing mechanisms to make proper decisions, working out business plans and creating proper relationships with social-economic surroundings,

 • skills in economic analysis with the use different computer techniques to assess the efficiency of enterprises working and formulating future undertakings on its basis.
