Services and facilities  for students with special needs

College of Economy, Tourism and Social Sciences  leads a lot of workings for which the subject and the object is a disabled student.

The aim of these workings is enabling a disabled person to function in the role of a student on equal rights. It means the possibility of full participation in didactic activities, the scientific, social and cultural life of the College.

The form of these undertakings is, among others:

- successive fitting a housing base for the needs of disabled (a driveway for disabled, size, equipment and the state of rooms fulfils their destination and functions and takes into account disabled students' requirements),

- conducting an informative action for disabled students on the possibility of using the means and funds designed for disabled people (a contract undersigned with PFRON) ( the enclosure No. 30),

- supporting the didactic process with the help of the e–learning platform, (distance learning courses, the online form of didactics and evaluation),

- continuous improvement of methods and techniques of distance education, adapting forms of classes and examinations for disabled,

- creating  and consolidating positive interpersonal relationships,

- allocating social scholarships.
